
The Mid-Coast Regional Planning Commission (MCRPC) is a nonprofit
organization that provides a wide range of land use, transportation and
economic planning services to its member communities in Waldo and Knox
Counties, Maine. These services may either be at no cost to communities
or provided on a contract for fee basis, depending on the type and
